Depot moves into new store on Ludgeristrasse
The decoration and design accessories specialist DEPOT is expected to open a new store at Ludgeristraße 28 in Münster in the autumn of 2021. The previous tenant at the location was H&M. Lührmann advised on the lease and acted as intermediary.
DEPOT had already vacated its store at Ludgeristraße 76 a few months ago. The new store at Ludgeristraße 28 is in an absolute prime location and offers significantly more retail space with almost 1,200 square metres over two floors. Following extensive conversion and renovation work, DEPOT is expected to open in autumn 2021.
In total, DEPOT, a brand of Gries Deco Company GmbH based in Niedernberg, operates 536 stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The range of the 'idea generator for innovative furnishing' includes living room accessories, furniture, gift and decorative items.
Lührmann is the market leader in Münster
In the past few months, Lührmann has been involved in all of the well-known leases in Münster's city centre, including, in addition to DEPOT, the leases for Rituals in Ludgeristraße, Brax on Prinzipalmarkt, Mister Spex on Rothenburg and Five Guys on Salzstraße.
