Lührmann Berlin brokers Big Box Retail portfolio
Lührmann Berlin has successfully brokered a portfolio of five specialist stores. The properties, with a total leasable area of around 7,500 m², are located in the German states of Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony and Baden-Württemberg.
All properties have a grocery store as an anchor tenant, including Penny, Lidl and Rewe. The properties all have long-term leases, making the portfolio a stable investment. The transfer of ownership took place on 1 January 2021.
The seller of the portfolio is a family office from Lower Saxony. Michael Schikora and André Sturm of Lührmann Berlin advised an institutional investor based in Bavaria on the sale.
