Lührmann brokers residential and commercial building in Bonn city centre
The residential and commercial building at Sürst 10 in Bonn is changing hands: Lührmann Düsseldorf has brokered the property in a prime location to a private investor.
The building was used by the fashion house Appelrath Cüpper for over 40 years. Since the end of 2020, the building with 530 square metres of total usable space over five floors has been vacant. The new investor is planning extensive conversion and renovation work to adapt the property into new, attractive uses.
‘The future development of the property will have a positive impact on the quality of the retail location on Poststrasse’, explains Tim Buschfeld of Lührmann Düsseldorf. ‘We were able to achieve a very good result for sellers and buyers with our local market knowledge’.
Directly across the street in the former Karstadt store, Peek & Cloppenburg will open a fashion store next year. An additional draw for the location according to Buschfeld.
