Marc O’Polo moves into Ruhr Park
The sustainable casual lifestyle label Marc O’Polo is moving into a new store in Bochum’s Ruhr Park. The previous tenant was the Seidensticker brand. Lührmann Düsseldorf advised on the lease and acted as intermediary.
Marc O’Polo moves into the store with 80 square metres of retail space with its young Marc O’Polo DENIM line. The opening is planned for March 2022.
Since 2016, Marc O’Polo DENIM has been known for street art-inspired, urban and casual styles. It has sporty influences and uses innovative materials and vivid, impressive colours. Centre stage: denim. Newly interpreted with special washes, playful details and trendy fits. In addition, there are jersey, sweat, knitwear and ready-to-wear styles as well as outerwear.
‘We are delighted to be able to add another great premium concept to the variety of brands at Ruhr Park Bochum’, explains Hanna Klinkhammer, who is responsible for this deal at Lührmann’s Düsseldorf location. ‘We are really looking forward to the opening and wish the business every success’. The label will become a new point of attraction in the mall, which has more than 140 stores.
Marc O’Polo was founded in Stockholm in 1967. Today, the company is headquartered in Stephanskirchen, south of Munich. It supplies more than 2,000 stores and retail partners worldwide.
