Dutch cheese brand Henri Willig is opening a new cheese gift store at Prinzipalmarkt 13 in summer 2021 under the name Cheese & More by Henri Willig. The store was previously used by the Westfälische Nachrichten newspaper. Lührmann, in cooperation with Recondo Retail Real Estate, advised on the lease and acted as intermediary. Recondo Retail Real Estate exclusively assists in the international expansion of Cheese & More and 14 other retailers.

The Steiff Store Berlin has moved one address further up: from Kurfürstendamm 38/39 to the corner building next door at number 40/41. The opening took place on Friday 25th June. The previous tenant at the location was the men’s outfitter Monsieur Albert. Lührmann advised on the lease and acted as intermediary.

Lührmann Osnabrück has brought the renowned retail expert Thomas Heckh (53) back to the team as a senior consultant. Heckh was already managing partner at Lührmann Düsseldorf from 2003-2008. After holding positions at NEREUS Real Estate and JLL Germany, he was managing director at COMFORT Hamburg from 2015. Heckh will take up his new position on 1 June 2021.

Lührmann Munich has recruited retail expert Julian Nasiri (38) as a new managing partner for the company, which will be restructured in 2021. Nasiri will take up his new position on 1 June 2021: in the coming months, he will build a team for the Munich branch of the Germany-wide real estate company and be operationally active.

The British shoe brand Dr. Martens is moving into a new store at Mönckebergstraße 19 in Hamburg in the summer of 2021. Lührmann advised on the lease and acted as intermediary.
