The traditional underwear brand Triumph will move into a new pop-up store at Ehrenstrasse 28 in Cologne in spring 2021. The previous tenant was the now insolvent shoe brand Manfield. Lührmann advised on the lease and acted as intermediary.

Two residential and commercial buildings in Trier’s pedestrian zone are changing hands: Lührmann Düsseldorf has brokered the two addresses at Fleischstrasse 26 and 79 to an asset management company from Trier.

The Dutch cosmetics brand Rituals Cosmetics is continuing to expand its network of stores in Germany: in spring, a new Rituals store will open in Kleve at Große Straße 63, followed by a new branch in Lüneburg at Große Bäckerstraße 8a in summer. Working in cooperation, Lührmann Düsseldorf and Lührmann Osnabrück advised on both leases.

Lührmann Berlin has successfully brokered a portfolio of five specialist stores. The properties, with a total leasable area of around 7,500 m², are located in the German states of Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony and Baden-Württemberg.

The British shoe brand Dr. Martens is moving into a new store at Georgstraße 22 in Hanover in spring 2021. Lührmann advised on the lease.
