Triumph opens new pop-up store in Ehrenstrasse
The traditional underwear brand Triumph will move into a new pop-up store at Ehrenstrasse 28 in Cologne in spring 2021. The previous tenant was the now insolvent shoe brand Manfield. Lührmann advised on the lease and acted as intermediary.
The store on the highly frequented shopping mile in Cologne's city centre offers around 130 square metres of retail space. Triumph will present high-quality and fashionable lingerie and bodywear for women there.
‘The store is in a prime location on Cologne’s Ehrenstraße’, explains Markus Schäfer of Lührmann Düsseldorf. ‘Triumph fits ideally into the local tenant mix’. Tamaris, Douglas, Goertz, COS and Guess are in the immediate vicinity.
In total, the company, which was founded in Heubach in 1886 and is still owner-managed, serves 120 markets worldwide with more than 50 sales organisations. Under the Triumph and sloggi brands, the company develops, produces and sells intimate apparel, sleepwear and leisurewear in retail, in its own stores and in e-commerce.
