A world for Simmern: GLOBUS acquires retail park
The demand was great: in the end, the owner family decided in favour of the long-term tenant. GLOBUS acquired the retail park in Simmern (Hunsrück) for its own portfolio in order to further develop it innovatively and operate it successfully.
With around 21,000 square metres, the trading house has been the region’s local supplier for 40 years.
We brokered the property on a qualified sole agency basis. The retail park is located on the outskirts of Simmern, directly on the B 50 federal highway, and is therefore also easily accessible from the surrounding communities. In addition to the hypermarket, GLOBUS operates a beverage market, an electrical goods store, a tyre centre and a petrol station on the approximately 62,000-square-metre site. Everything the region needs.
