An ensemble for Acteum
Acteum Investment GmbH has acquired this ensemble in Viersen, North Rhine-Westphalia. It is composed of a new grocery store building and a 65-unit apartment complex constructed in 2019.
The sellers were the joint property companies of the Frauenrath Group from Heinsberg and Prangenberg & Zaum from Viersen. Germany’s largest grocery store, EDEKA, is the tenant of the approximately 2,600 sqm specialist store. The residential complex with a total rental area of approximately 4,800 square metres is leased to DIAKONIA, a subsidiary of the Protestant Church. An assisted living and a day care facility are housed there. A long-term site commitment applies to both tenants.
