Extensively renovated in 2012, now newly leased: Meag Munich Ergo has acquired the retail park in the Pasing district from Württembergische Lebensversicherung.

The property on Stockacher Strasse is one of the largest retail parks in Munich. With around 16,500 square metres of space, it is located directly opposite Westkreuz S-Bahn station and benefits from a high frequency of visitors. Vacancy rate: zero.
We acted as intermediary in the property transaction. The law firm CMS provided legal advice to the seller, who was represented by W&W Asset Management. 
The current tenants include REWE, ALDI SÜD, Rossmann and Woolworth.
