The residential, office and retail building expands the portfolio of the in-house Highstreet No. 1 special fund.
The anchor tenant in the nine-storey property with a total area of 6,074 square metres is the Italian fashion label Stefanel. With 80 metres of façade frontage, the corner building juts impressively into the urban space.
As part of an off-market transaction, the property changes hands to the Hanseatic company VALUES Real Estate.
