Kurpfalz Center Mannheim goes to Hamborner Reit AG
Who is buying the Kurpfalz Center? In 2016, we were commissioned to find a buyer for the property in Mannheim East. The aim was to achieve the best market price as part of a structured bidding process.
We addressed thirty potentially interested parties via an engaging teaser communication and provided a comprehensive investment memorandum with all details on the property. Two bidding rounds later, the sale was finalised - to Hamborner Reit AG. A rigorous due diligence phase of only six weeks made the transaction possible - all for a purchase price of 80 million euros (purchase price factor 20).
