Nordstadt in Kassel: Edeka
North Kassel is as mixed as the mixed-use real estate. After extensive renovation of the property, the EDEKA store, which serves as the anchor tenant, reopened in 2020.
The full-range store is located in a light-filled market hall with a vaulted roof, where elements of the former factory operations mix with modern building equipment. In addition, there is a charming new residential building in a direct corner location, in which eight apartments with three rooms each are rented out as shared student apartments. There is also a four-storey building with twelve subsidised apartments. The property in Nordstadt was brokered as part of a joint deal.
In the process, we assumed the task of communicating with the investor.
