Retail issues in the Münsterland

It’s an attractive retail location: the retail park in Löningen, Münsterland, brings it all together – an excellent location and connectivity options close to the train station and the city centre. Bonus: REWE is the anchor tenant.

We brokered the property of a regional project developer to the investor Redos Real Estate. There were several interested parties in the sales process. The Redos Group had made an early commitment and thus secured the preferential right.
