The retail park on Breslauer Strasse, together with the surrounding stores, forms the retail focus of the city: LIDL, Woolworth and Müller Drogerie are among the anchor tenants.
Other retail tenants include the Deichmann concept My Shoes and NKD. Offices and medical practices flank the retail space, which accounts for more than one-tenth of the total area.
The context: an ALDI store is located in the immediate vicinity, and in the wider area there are tenants important for the city centre, such as TEDi and Kik, various catering establishments, the town hall and apartments.
The retail park was acquired as part of a sales pitch. In the marketing process, we had the exclusive mandate to approach customers, obtain offers and provide support during negotiations.
