Tiger for Cologne: Consulting for Aachener Grundvermögen in Cologne

Aachener Grundvermögen has acquired a retail property in Schildergasse, Cologne’s prime location. We advised on the purchase of the corner address at number 55a. Since last summer, the tenant has been the Japanese sporting goods brand Asics.

The four-storey property, which previously belonged to Flüchter GbR, has around 500 square metres of retail space. “The Schildergasse consumer location is characterised by established chain stores that offer an attractive mix”, says Hendrik Poggemann, our managing partner in Düsseldorf.

The marketing process was driven by high demand. “We have had the privilege of advising Aachener Grundvermögen on investments for a number of years and are therefore all the more pleased that we were able to mediate this transaction as well”, said Poggemann.
